Wear comfortable clothes, and have your phone or computer propped up so we can see you and the camera is not moving around.

To get the most out of a zoom video class you are on the video the whole time with us fully participating. Multi-tasking will cause distraction and we want you to get THE MOST out of your time with us.

If you are able to be on your computer you will be able to see all the participants at the same time, so if possible, that is recommended. Either way you will always see who's talking.
